Madeleines
To make 20-22
Ingredients:
2 eggs
120g caster sugar
100g butter
120g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
vanilla
-melt the butter and let it cool;
-beat the eggs with the sugar until white and smooth in a large bowl;
-add the flour+baking powder+vanilla and start stirring slowly;
-add the butter going on stirring just to mix everything;
-cover with film and put in the frigde for a night.
-preheat the oven to 180°
-take the mixture out of the fridge and put it in the madeleines mould and bake for 10-15min.
...now enjoy them!

Odd that you should post a recipe for Madeleines because I've been wanting to make them! The only problem is that I want to find those special pans to make those cookies but I can't find anyplace in Lecco that sells them. Can you suggest a place?
